Ingredients
• 1 ½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• Salt and black pepper
• Lemon wedges
• Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
In a bowl, combine shrimp, melted butter, garlic, olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Spread shrimp on a sheet pan in an even layer.
Roast 8 to 10 minutes until pink and just cooked through.
Squeeze lemon over the top and scatter with parsley before serving.
